A rainforest tree of Eastern Australia, known as the weeping lilly pilly. This is a stunning, medium to large evergreen tree with a dense canopy of weeping foliage. Leaves are lance shaped with a wavy edge. Older growth is a lustrous dark green, while new growth is lighter, some leaves with a pale pink tinge.
Clusters of small perfumed white flowers appear in Spring to mid-Summer, followed by pale pink or whiteish berries that shed quickly. A perfect specimen or shade tree for suburban gardens and parklands.
